From Ambulance Emergency First Aid to Effective Communication in Non-emergency Patient Transport Support, each unit is carefully curated to provide you with the expertise needed to excel. Gain confidence in handling medical emergencies, understanding illness and injury, and ensuring safe patient transport.

Our expert tutors will guide you through topics such as Moving and Handling in the Patient Transport Environment, Vehicle and Equipment Familiarisation, and Safeguarding Adults and Children. You’ll also learn essential techniques for supporting patients living with conditions like dementia, mental ill-health, mental disorders, or learning disabilities.
To ensure holistic care, we’ve included a unit on End-of-life Care. This will enable you to provide compassionate support during difficult times.
