IT Technical Assistance
Technical help is available for virtual learning tools, including VLE/e‑portfolio systems. We assist with setup, access issues and software functionality.
Resource Training & Support
We offer guidance on accessing, navigating and using digital tools, covering document submission, feedback, online learning and troubleshooting.

Our support ensures learners can access necessary resources anytime. We cater for on‑site and remote study, with strong reliability.

No computer?
Don’t worry we have it covered for you. All our centres have access to on-site computers which any learner can use as well as loan laptops (subject to availability)
