Since 2008 more than 10,000 people have trained with us across ambulance, dental, pharmacy, healthcare support and adult care. Many are looking for their next role, their first clinical job or an apprenticeship. Employers we work with ask us for people before they advertise. This service makes that a proper offer rather than a favour. We are not a recruitment agency. We do not charge a placement fee, we do not take a percentage of salary, and we do not represent candidates to other providers. We introduce people we know to employers we know, and if the role comes with an apprenticeship we deliver the training.

Who is in the talent pool

Recent completers
People who have just finished a course or apprenticeship with us and want their first or next role.
Career changers
People who have registered through our Careers Hub wanting to get into healthcare and need an employer to start an apprenticeship.
Experienced clinicians
Alumni who did a CPD or commercial course with us and are open to a move.
Service leavers
Armed forces leavers who train with us through ELCAS, often with driving licences, C1 and leadership experience.

How it works

Step 1
Brief
You tell us the role, location, hours, start date and the must-haves. We agree whether it is a permanent role, an apprenticeship or both.
Step 2
Search and shortlist
We search the talent pool and, where we have agreed it, advertise on your behalf. We screen for eligibility, values and practical requirements such as driving licences and right to work.
Step 3
Introduce
You receive a shortlist in a consistent format. We arrange interviews and gather feedback both ways.
Step 4
You decide
You interview and choose. We never make the hiring decision.
Step 5
Start
If the role includes an apprenticeship we enrol the person, set up funding and start training. If not, we check in at one month.

Why smaller employers use it

A dental practice, a pharmacy, a care provider or a private ambulance company rarely has an HR team. Recruitment is one more job for the owner or manager. This service takes it off your desk, and because the candidates come from our network, you are usually looking at people who already understand a regulated workplace.
