MediPro are delighted to share our excellent apprenticeship achievement outcomes for 2022/2023.
We’ve had some fantastic outcomes for learner achievement, retention, pass rates and withdrawal rates., particularly when compared to the national and industry averages.
Nationally, achievement rates across all apprenticeships for 22/23 were just 54.6%. Similarly, for the Health, Public Services & Care industry, achievement rates were just 52.4%. Meanwhile, apprenticeship achievement rates at MediPro were 85.9% – an incredible achievement.
The national apprenticeship retention rate for 22/23 stands at 56.2%, with the Health, Public Services & Care industry retention rate reaching just 53.6%. MediPro however have surpassed all expectations with an excellent 82.4% retention rate, far exceeding the government target of 67%. This highlights our commitment to fostering long-term growth and development.
Nationally, apprenticeship programmes for 22/23 have a pass rate of 97.2%, while our industry (Health, Public Services & Care) has a pass rate of 97.8%. Here at MediPro, we achieved a fantastic 99.8% pass rate. This demonstrates not only the commitment of our learners but also the effectiveness of our programmes and the support provided by our team.
Our withdrawal rate in 22/23 was an astonishingly low 6%, compared to the national average of 44%. Another remarkable statistic showcasing the effectiveness of our programmes.
As we celebrate these extraordinary results, we’d like to congratulate all our apprentices for their outstanding performance.
