Background
MediPro, founded in 2008, is one of the UK’s largest independent medical education providers. As of June 2025, we support up to 1,000 active learners at any one time and hold a 93.3% achievement rate across programmes such as associate ambulance practitioner and ambulance support worker.
The Challenge
In 2023, we set out to find a platform that could provide a seamless and tailored experience for learners and tutors. Aptem stood out for its flexibility, responsive support, and ability to configure the system to our needs. To protect learners already on programme, we ran our legacy system alongside Aptem for 18 months, ensuring a smooth transition.

- EPA Integration: Direct link with EPAPro, automating data transfer and reducing duplication.
