Leaders in Adult Care play a critical role in shaping care provision, managing teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship is designed for experienced care professionals who are ready to take on senior leadership roles in residential, nursing, domiciliary, and community care settings.

This apprenticeship is ideal for care providers, NHS Trusts, and social care organisations looking to develop highly skilled managers who can drive service improvement and uphold high standards of care.

This programme develops competent care leaders who can manage teams, oversee care delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key learning areas include:

Apprentices will also gain Maths and English Level 2 qualifications (if not already achieved).

Apprentices need to be 16 or over and working in adult care leadership or senior management roles.
