Position Overview

About MediPro

MediPro is one of the UK’s leading providers of accredited clinical education and apprenticeships across health and social care, dental, pharmacy, and pre-hospital care. Since 2008, we’ve been dedicated to creating careers and opportunities for people through education with a purpose. Partnering with the NHS and the independent sector, we’ve helped thousands of learners start and advance their clinical careers by delivering practical, employer-led training. At the forefront of frontline-sector apprenticeships, we’ve supported 10,000+ learners into their chosen career paths.

We offer a wide range of clinical apprenticeships, including pathways for nursing teams and adjacent roles (e.g., Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Dental Nurse), alongside CPD routes that develop skills across care settings. You’ll work with motivated learners who apply their learning directly in practice. As a responsive, employer-led provider, we deliver strong outcomes, backed by testimonials from learners and partners who value our flexibility and support. Working with motivated learners who apply their knowledge directly in practice, we’re proud to deliver meaningful, flexible, and impactful education that changes lives.

Why join us now

There’s never been a better time to come aboard. We’re expanding our apprenticeship offer and launching Skills Bootcamps to equip people with in-demand, practical skills for specific roles and industries. We’re proud to support our local and wider communities with upskilling, reskilling, career changes, and clear pathways into employment in the healthcare sector.

We’re continually enhancing the learner journey with robust digital systems and real-time progress tracking, so tutors can focus on teaching, feedback, and support. With growing NHS demand for Healthcare Support Workers, we are tailoring our programmes to employer needs and delivering high-quality education that makes a difference.

To help us do this, we’re seeking Clinical Professionals (both registered and non-registered professionals) to join our team and support programme delivery. This is an exciting moment to bring your expertise to MediPro, shaping the curriculum and, ultimately, the future healthcare workforce. This is an ideal opportunity for clinically experienced individuals who wish to explore and transition into clinical education, receiving full support and qualifications.
