How to use this hub for your CPD

Read the summary, then follow the link to the original paper or guideline. Make a short note of what you learned, how it applies to your role and what you will do differently. That note, with the date, is your CPD evidence.

To make it easy, download our free one-page CPD Reflection Record (fillable PDF). Complete one for each summary you read and keep it with your portfolio. For HCPC registrants it supports the standards on keeping an accurate record, relevance to your practice and benefit to service users.

These summaries are for education and CPD only. They are not clinical guidelines. Always practise within your scope of practice and follow your employer’s protocols and national guidance such as JRCALC and Resuscitation Council UK.
