Bringing you this month’s news in 4 minutes or less, here’s November’s issue of MediPro Monthly
MediPro gains accreditation from Investors in People
MediPro are delighted to have been awarded We invest in people, standard accreditation from Investors in People.
It means that MediPro’s principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better!
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate MediPro. Being accredited with We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places MediPro in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Natalia Maslowska, Head of Commercial said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been awarded the Investors in People accreditation. We have tried to put our team at the heart of everything we do and we got some amazing feedback. It’s great to hear that our people enjoy their jobs, find their roles challenging, fulfilling and motivating. It’s a fantastic achievement that they feel supported and valued”.

MediPro shortlisted for apprenticeship award
We are extremely proud to share that MediPro has been shortlisted in the Apprenticeship Programme of the Year category at The Learning Awards.
Hosted in London in February next year, the Learning Awards represents the pinnacle of achievement for individuals and organisations in the workplace learning sector.
Massive thank you to our incredible team at MediPro! We’re thrilled to be recognised for our incredible journey over the last few years.

Congratulations!
Big well done to Daniel Hill, Elliott Spruce and Melissa Dickson!
Daniel has completed his Level 3 Emergency Care Assistant Apprenticeship with Distinction (pictured), while Elliott has completed his Level 4 Associate Ambulance Practitioner Apprenticeship, with Merit.
Melissa, meanwhile, has also completed her CMI Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership.
Well done to all of you!

Patient Feedback

We would also like to thank Katie Nunn and Wendy Robinson here on Teesside. They transported an elderly woman from the Northern Centre for Cancer Care at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle to her home in Billingham.
“The girls were very caring and wonderfully kind and considerate throughout the whole journey”, she said.
“It seems the public are quick to complain about waiting times and general attitudes of the ambulance service at times, well, none of that from me. The girls were very reassuring and made my whole experience very comforting indeed.”
Well done to both of you!
Wellbeing Wednesday

Our third Wellbeing Wednesday is just going to be a Christmas Quiz, because of course it is 🙂
It will be on December 1st at Viking House from 12-1pm, with drop-in sessions with our Safeguarding and Pastoral Lead Charlie from 1-2pm.
P.S. – BYOL! (Bring your own lunch)
