Welcome!
As the business continues to grow, we would like to welcome
- Sophie Dalgarno, our new MIS Administrator for Data and Compliance.
- Emily Hanley, our new HR administration apprentice.
We hope everyone will make them feel welcome!
Thank you!

We would like to thank Jo Casey Marten and Holly Peacock for the outstanding job they did when attending a man who was in cardiac arrest. Andrew sadly passed away, but his best friend would like to thank them for what they did.
“I just want you to know that the family and myself express our thanks and gratitude to the crews that attended my mate. They were all lovely and from a professional point of view did an exemplary job. They certainly went the extra mile looking after my mate.”
“He did not make it, but it was not for the lack of our crews endeavours.”
We would also like to thank Sean Hayes & Joanne White for helping an elderly woman, receiving compliments from her nephew.
“My elderly aunt needed admission to hospital for query exacerbation of Cauda Equina Syndrome. After calling 111, the response by NEAS was well within the 2 hrs we were warned could be the case.
The crew were brilliant and professional. Great bedside manner, interested in the case and developed good rapport making sure we understood the processes they were going through.
I note they were from a private company, but I have to say both the crew and vehicle were as you would expect from the NEAS itself. “
