Our purpose-built training centre in the North-East of England consists of modern style classrooms with integrated technology, casual canteen break area, 24-hour access to our study room and library, and many simulation areas. Our learners have access to outdoor spaces that simulate road traffic accidents, working at height, dealing with external risks such as electrical supplies and working in confined spaces.

Key feature of our training programmes is blended approach that promotes lifelong learning.
We invest significantly in building a positive and supportive learning environment, as well as in developing digital learning throughout our programmes.
Our E-portfolio system enables all learners access to key information and policies, enables them to submit their work from any internet device, and allows our tutors to give feedback and encourage students.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS SUPPORT
Medipro has a dedicated functional skills team as well as a dedicated academic support tutor in place to support our students in their learning. This allows us to create a strong foundation for future study and career progression.
Our tutors can monitor all students progress to see who is on track or at risk of failing behind so we can promptly put appropriate support in place.
PASTORAL SUPPORT AND SAFEGUARDING
The physical and emotional welfare of our learners is our priority. We have a dedicated pastoral & safeguarding support who can offer additional assistance and advice.
Our aim is to promote a good practice for responding to our learners’ concerns, as well as provide a supportive framework for individual learner.
